These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Kyaralabs ("Kyara Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in France (SIREN: 994839926, VAT: FR25994839926), operating under the brand name Kyara Intelligence.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Kyara Intelligence provides a cloud-based API gateway that routes requests to third-party large language model (LLM) providers on your behalf. Our services include:
Kyara Intelligence acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party model providers. We do not develop, train, or host AI models ourselves.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. If you are using the services on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or through your API keys. You must notify us immediately at support@lonailabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
Upon registration, you may generate API keys to access our services. You agree to:
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access frontier-tier models. Free-tier and premium-tier models are accessible according to your account type.
Credits and premium passes are available for purchase through our payment provider. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are charged in the currency indicated.
All purchases of credits and premium passes are final. No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us at support@lonailabs.com.
Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated. Premium passes expire at the end of their stated duration.
Premium passes are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. You will not be charged again unless you make a new purchase.
Kyara Intelligence does not store, log, or retain the content of your API requests (prompts) or the responses generated by third-party models. Requests are proxied to model providers in real time and are not written to disk or any persistent storage on our infrastructure.
We collect and store only the minimum data necessary to operate your account: email address, hashed password, API key metadata, transaction history, and credit balance. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you make an API request through Kyara Intelligence, your request is forwarded to the selected third-party model provider. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. Kyara Intelligence is not responsible for how third-party providers process your data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the model providers you use.

Kyara Intelligence does not proactively monitor the content of API requests or responses. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we become aware, through any means, that you are using our services in violation of these Terms or applicable law. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by law.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Our services depend on third-party model providers and infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in service by these providers. Model availability, performance, and capabilities may change without prior notice.
We may impose rate limits on API requests based on your account type and current system capacity. These limits may change at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Credit balances will be honored or refunded in the event of a permanent service discontinuation.
All content, branding, software, and documentation associated with Kyara Intelligence are the property of Kyaralabs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you submit through our API and to the outputs generated using our services, subject to any rights or restrictions imposed by the third-party model providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kyara Intelligence disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any output generated through our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kyara Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Kyara Intelligence in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kyara Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@lonailabs.com. Unused credits will not be refunded upon voluntary termination.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue our services. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination.
Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kyara Intelligence regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
